Terms of Service

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms explain how this website, the Instant Estimate and Book a Visit work, and what you agree to when you use them. We wrote them in plain language so you can read them in a few minutes.

About These Terms

This website is run by Clog Heroes Plumbing, Sewer & Drain, a trade name of ALCO Services LLC, 2706 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. “Clog Heroes,” “we” and “us” mean ALCO Services LLC. By using this website or sending us a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please call us instead of using the forms.

Instant Estimates

The Instant Estimate gives you a price range based on the answers you choose. It is a starting point, not a final quote. The real price depends on what the technician finds at your home. Your technician confirms the price in writing before any work starts, and no work starts until you approve it. Our prices can change, so a range shown on one day may differ from a range shown later.

Booking a Visit

Book a Visit shows open two-hour arrival windows from our scheduling system. When you book, we create your visit in that window. Weather, traffic and earlier jobs can affect our schedule. If we need to move your visit, we will contact you.

Online booking and the Instant Estimate are only for addresses inside the area we serve. If your address is outside it, the form will ask you to call so we can talk through your options. Nothing is charged online.

Dispatch Fees

• Regular dispatch is $89. It is waived if you go ahead with the work while the technician is there.
• Emergency and after-hours dispatch is $189. It is not waived or credited toward the work.

After-hours visits are decided case by case, subject to technician availability. The forms ask you to acknowledge the dispatch fee before you send a service request.

Coupons

Our current coupons are listed on the Coupons page. Mention a coupon when you book or call. Coupons are worth up to the amount shown, and your technician confirms what applies to your job in writing before any work starts.

Your Information

Please give us accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and send the right technician to the right home. Only send a form for a property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Text Messages

Clog Heroes Service Texts is our text-message program. If you check the optional text box on the Instant Estimate, Book a Visit or Contact form, Clog Heroes Plumbing, Sewer & Drain will text the mobile number you gave us about your request, estimates, appointments and service visits, and reply to messages you send us. This program does not include marketing texts. We would ask for your separate consent before sending any.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can get an estimate, book a visit or contact us without agreeing to texts.
• Message frequency varies with your request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You may get one last text confirming you are opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at (540) 518-2564.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, please call us so we can update our records.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and your messages.

Website Content and Guides

The Clog Heroes name, logo, Jetter Joe and the text, photos and video on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Our guides are general information about plumbing, drains and sewers. They are not a substitute for a technician looking at your home. Gas, electrical and sewer work can be dangerous, so call a licensed professional when you are unsure.

Some pages link to other websites, such as Google Maps or our Better Business Bureau profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Clog Heroes is not liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Work we do at your home is covered by the written estimate, invoice and any warranty terms we give you for that job, not by these website terms.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
