Austin came out just before a major snow storm hit to clear a blockage in main sewer drain. Every other plumber said they could not with the temps. It would have been catastrophic if I hadn’t opened the lines with sustained temps below 25 degrees expected for the week following the snow. His determination matched my own and the job got done!
If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Kind, courteous, professional, engaging, prompt and efficient. I will use Clog Heroes going forward.

The work was professional. The site was cleaned up afterwards. The employees were very polite and friendly. All circumstances under control of Clog Heots were controlled and properly completed. The subcontractor was late getting to the site, but once there the work was completed in a timely manner. That was not a negative reflection on Clog Hero's as it was not within their control. I was referred to this company through the Stafford Talk Facebook page and I’m really glad I called them. My well has been struggling due to the severe drought in our area, so I needed Stafford County water run from the county meter at the road to my home. Austin came out while it was still icy, took measurements, and had a quote back to me the same day. He offered a reasonable military discount and very fair pricing. We had received other quotes ranging from $5,000 to $16,000, some missing necessary work and others trying to run copper the entire distance from the road to the house (which would have been extremely expensive). Austin gave a straightforward, honest quote that beat the competition. There was about a week delay due to snow and permitting, which was understandable and not their fault. Once everything was approved, they completed the job quickly. Communication was great the entire time with clear updates and follow-ups. What stood out the most was the pride the plumber took in his work under the house. The piping was installed very cleanly and neatly, clearly done with long-term durability in mind. Highly recommend!

Clog Hero’s is aptly named! They are my hero’s for sure. Muddy water backed up in my well and my house faucets were running red mud. Clog Heroes installed a new sump pump system at home in Fredericksburg before we got all this snow. I'm so glad I did! I woke up this morning to a constant alarm going off on my sump pump. Alarms are never a good thing, so I called Clog Heroes to see if someone could come find out what's going on since it was supposed to rain all day. The time between talking with the owner and having a technician at my house was less than 2 hours. Jared was not only happy to explain things to me that I didn't understand, he was patient and efficient. He replaced the battery and recommended changing out the pump since it was over 12 years old. I agreed, as you can never be too careful when it comes to water. The plumber knows his business. He detailed what must be done however very expensive. All I need is approximately 3 feet of PVC and a Pee pipe which would be about $50 - $60 worth of material. They're charging $1800 for install and to swap out a pressure reducer an additional $800????? He also informed me that swapping out the pressure reducer mat not solve my low water volume problem yet, Id still have to pay for it. I definitely need to shop around before obtaining their services. $2600 for maybe 4 hours or less of service.

Clog Heroes helped me untangle issues on why my basement laundry wouldn’t drain. After buying a 1950 house this year, I expected some plumbing issues to crop up. While drainage issues are never fun or inexpensive , it was clear that this company goes above and beyond to find the best solution at a fair price. Austin and his helper went above and beyond when issues arose with the pump installation, and they came back the next day and spent extra time making sure everything was perfect. During our kitchen renovation, we encountered a setback due to the new sink not lining up with the existing drain bringing the entire project to a halt. It had also been draining pretty slowly the past few months (requiring regular use of DrainO) so we called Clog Heroes. Jessy came out the same day to save the day! Only review I have ever done online. As a business owner of over 26 years, never had I had such an awesome experience from any type of service vendor. We called with a major main sewage blockage in our main line that shutdown our business and a pediatric medical office in our building. This after Roto Rooter made the matter worse and decided not to come back and actual fix the blockage. Austin diagnosed the issue, gave us options on how he could correct it, told us what the cost would be for each, gave us advice on how to make this issue easier to solve if it occurs again, and STAYED UNTIL AFTER 9:00PM to remove the the blockage. Then, even came back the next day and checked up on us. Unbelievable. This company is the real deal (the office manager was also on seen, she's awesome as well). Thank you Austin for your excellent, professional and fast service today. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My sump pump stopped working and Austin assessed the situation, gave me a choice of possible solutions, and fixed my problem in a few hours. He went above and beyond by assessing the outside drainage and upgrading the necessary parts to accommodate the water flow. I will always call these heroes for my plumbing needs!!
