Clog Heroes Plumbing, Sewer & Drain belongs to Austin Lowe, a 4th-generation pro. His family has been in the trade since 1935. In June 2023 his company, then ALCO HVAC, became Clog Heroes, and it now works on the pipes most homes never think about until something backs up: plumbing, drains and sewer lines.
Austin's family went to work in the trades in 1935. He is the fourth generation to make a living at it.
Before Clog Heroes, Austin's business traded as ALCO HVAC, with the family's long run in the trades behind it.
In June 2023 the business became Clog Heroes Plumbing, Sewer & Drain. New name, orange-and-teal vans and Jetter Joe on the side. Same owner.
Three kinds of work, all of it inside or under your home.
Leaks, faucets, water heaters, garbage disposals and sump pumps.
Slow sinks, backed-up tubs and toilets, and the main line when every drain in the house goes at once.
Camera inspections to see what's inside the pipe, hydro jetting to scour it clean, and repair when roots or breaks are the cause.
Before any work starts, your technician puts the price in writing for you to approve. Regular dispatch is $89, waived if you go ahead with the work while the technician is there.
Clog Heroes is based at 2706 Lafayette Blvd in Fredericksburg and serves the city and 10 counties around it. Warrenton is the edge of the map. We don't go farther north or west.
